24/7 Emergency Restoration

About RestoreRadar

RestoreRadar is an independent directory of vetted, local emergency-restoration companies. Every listing fact is aggregated from the company’s own website, its Google Business Profile, or an official public registry — and an unknown value is left blank, never guessed. Here is who we are and exactly how the vetting works.

What RestoreRadar is

RestoreRadar is an independent directory of vetted, local emergency-restoration companies — water, fire, mold, and storm damage — currently listing 550 independent companies across 10 metros in Texas, Florida, and Louisiana. It exists to answer one stressful question quickly and honestly: “who can actually help me, right now, near me?” The site is free for the person requesting help, and we list independent local companies rather than national lead-broker chains.

Who runs it

RestoreRadar was founded in 2026 by Christopher Howard and is operated by ChairFlow Solutions LLC, a company based in Fredericksburg, TX. The listings are compiled and maintained by the RestoreRadar Editorial Team — a small operation that puts its effort into data verification rather than volume, with an automated no-fabrication check standing between every data change and the live site.

Exactly how listings are vetted

Facts come from the company itself, or from official records — never from us. Listing facts are extracted from each company's own website and public records, with a recorded source. If a fact cannot be verified, the field stays blank: an unknown value is never guessed, and absence of a signal is never published as a negative.

Three practical signals on every listing. Whether the company answers emergencies 24/7, its Google rating pulled from its own Google Business Profile (never typed in by the company, never invented by us), and whether it bills insurance directly. These are re-checked on a monthly refresh cycle.

Registry-verified credentials. “IICRC Certified Firm” badges are matched against the official IICRC Global Locator registry, and “State-licensed” badges against the official state mold-license rosters — Texas TDLR, Florida DBPR, and Louisiana LSLBC — with the real license number shown. A company's own marketing claim never sets either badge, currently 174 listings carry registry-verified IICRC certification and 59 carry a roster-verified state license.

Verified locations. 518 of 550 listings are matched to a verified Google Business location by the company's own website domain — a real local map pin, not an anonymous form. Every page shows when its listing data was last updated, stamped from the real change history of the data.

Computed award tags. Some listings carry “Top N” award tags. Every one is a computed ranking from the verified data above — no votes, no nominations, no fees — with the full formula published on the awards methodology page.

How the site makes money — and what is never for sale

Browsing and requesting help are free for homeowners. Revenue comes from restoration companies that choose an optional paid placement: a featured listing or a clearly labeled sponsor spot (rates here). Payment never changes how a company is ranked, vetted, or scored, never buys an award tag, and never edits a listing fact — a sponsor's listing shows the same verified facts as everyone else's. The full data-handling picture is in our privacy policy.

Corrections

If a listing shows something outdated or wrong — a phone number, a service claim, a credential — email hello@restoreradar.com or use the claim page. We verify the correction against the company's own website or the relevant official registry and update the listing; we do not edit facts on request without verification, in either direction.

Compiled and maintained by the RestoreRadar Editorial Team. Listing data last updated . We aggregate facts from each company's own website and public Google Business records, filtered by an automated no-fabrication check — an unknown value is left blank, never invented, and we never write, buy, or solicit reviews or ratings.
