Listed means the company appears in the directory from public or submitted information. It does not mean RestoreRadar verified the company.
Company statement. The company or its website made the statement; RestoreRadar did not independently prove it. Public source. RestoreRadar recorded what a public business source displayed on the review date. Official record. The named issuer or registry supports the specific credential or fact shown. Reviewed information. An authorized reviewer checked the named document or source.
Expired, disputed, revoked, or unconfirmed details do not support a positive listing status. A dated source check is a snapshot, so confirm current details directly before hiring.
This status requires current information supporting company contact control, business identity, insurance, and every credential required by the published standard for the covered location and type of work. The current standard includes researched mold-remediation requirements in Texas, Florida, and Louisiana. Contractor, trade, county, and municipal requirements for water, fire, and storm work can depend on the exact project and are not treated as universally confirmed.
Florida mold licenses apply to individuals, so the individual license and that person’s connection to a company are checked separately. Louisiana publishes a project-value threshold for mold-remediation licensing; RestoreRadar does not assume every project follows the same requirement. Each profile states only the narrower conclusion its sources support.
