Privacy policy

What we collect, why we collect it, and who receives a help request.

Who we are

RestoreRadar (restoreradar.com) is an independent directory listing emergency-restoration companies that serve its covered metros, operated by ChairFlow Solutions LLC in Fredericksburg, TX. RestoreRadar does not infer provider ownership. For any privacy question or request, email hello@restoreradar.com.

What we collect

Emergency help form. Your name, phone number, email if you choose to give one, the service you need, your city, the property ZIP code, and — if you choose to answer — the property type and whether you plan to file an insurance claim, plus a short description of the situation. Only what you type or select in the form.

Listing claim form (for restoration companies). Company name, website, primary city served, work email, and the listing tier you choose.

Automatically. Standard web-server logs from our hosting provider, Vercel (IP address, browser type, pages requested), plus cookieless page and fixed-label interaction measurement through PostHog. RestoreRadar configures PostHog to discard IP address data, avoid person profiles, and exclude form values and free text. There are no user accounts on this site, and this site never asks for or stores payment-card details.

How we use and share it

Emergency requests exist to connect you with help. When you submit the emergency help form, we share the details you submitted with up to three restoration companies listed for your city so they can contact you about your request; if a company in your area has a paid featured placement, it may be contacted first. That is the purpose of the form, and it is the only thing your submission is used for.

Company claim details are used to verify the business against its own website and public records and to set up or correct its listing.

We never sell personal information to data brokers, and we do not use form submissions for unrelated marketing. RestoreRadar is free for the person requesting help; the site is supported by optional paid placements bought by restoration and home-service companies — featured listings and clearly labeled sponsor spots — and may show third-party ads (see below).

Cookies and advertising

Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads on this site. Google's advertising cookies enable Google and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to this site and other sites on the internet. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of some other third-party vendors' cookies at www.aboutads.info.

Analytics, hosting, and payments

Analytics. PostHog measures cookieless page views, recognized referrer categories, and fixed interaction labels so we can see which pages and paths help people. Session recording, autocapture, heatmaps, surveys, feature flags, performance/error collection, and person profiles are disabled. Form values, names, contact details, search text, full query strings, raw lead/request/payment IDs, and advertising click IDs are excluded. Fixed non-contact lifecycle labels and bounded economic outcomes may also be measured after RestoreRadar's first-party event ledger accepts them; that external observation never decides whether a lead was stored or delivered. Hosting. Vercel serves this site and keeps standard server logs. We use these services only to operate and improve the site.

Payments. Featured-listing subscriptions are processed by Stripe at a secure checkout. Card details go directly to Stripe; RestoreRadar never sees or stores card numbers.

Your choices

Browser privacy signal. The analytics script respects a browser Do Not Track signal and does not load for a marked RestoreRadar test or internal session.

To have a form submission corrected or deleted, email hello@restoreradar.com from the contact details you submitted and we will take care of it. Listed companies can request a correction or removal the same way, or via the claim page.

This site addresses property-damage emergencies and is not directed at children under 13; we do not knowingly collect information from children.
